Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on the destination and carrier availability.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GearTrail USA is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are reported as lost or stolen afterward.
